I want to reach out and take a moment to address the recent increase in prices for high-demand products, as well as the overall shortage within our supply chain. From day one, we've been committed to transparency with our clients; whether it relates to our wholesale pricing, the quality of a product, or any other business matter.  The current stress on our industry is no exception; we promise to remain transparent and ethical in our business practices.

As you are aware, the entire industry is under immense stress seeing longer lead times, increased pricing, and overall product shortages.  While we are working diligently to source new suppliers and keep costs low, the demand is so high and manufacturers face their own shortages in their supply chain.  When you see higher than normal prices, please know these are a direct result of the manufacturer's increase.  

Please also understand that longer lead times are a direct result of the shortage of supply.  We encourage you to communicate with your clients and plan accordingly.
